Step 1: A personalized assessment using advanced biomechanical technology powered by artificial intelligence and sensors.

The evaluation involves you performing fundamental movements like a squat, jump, hop, and run/walk that gives us feedback on your

  1. Balance
  2. Gait
  3. Mobility
  4. Force production, absorption, and Reactive Strength Index

Step 2: The data are analyzed in detail by your Body Specialist who will help you understand the assessment, address the issues and create a personalized program.

Step 3: Your Body Specialist will guide you through a 4-week program of exercises tailored to your needs and specifications as well as meet with you on a weekly basis. You will also have our customer care team check-in weekly to help you stay on track and maximize your results.

Step 4: A reassessment with your team to measure your improvements and set new goals. One step closer to your true potential!

 

How do I prepare for the assessment?

  • Physical Training: avoid high intensity training for 48 hours before the test. It is advisable to reschedule the test in case of fatigue, illness. etc.
  • Nutrition: eat a regular meal 2-3 hours prior to testing and hydrate as usual.
  • Clothing: active shoes and sporting wear are strongly advised. It is recommendable to wear compressive clothing if comfortable. Jewellery, cellphones, watches and fitness trackers should be kept aside.

  1. I am aware and have been informed that Human Performance involves heightened levels of physical activity. The required physical exertion may be strenuous and may cause physical injury. I am fully aware of the inherent risks. I hereby represent that I am physically fit to receive and participate in the program as designed by Wimlit Lifestyle Coaching LLC. I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult a physician should I have any health concerns or health conditions that may limit my ability to fully participate in the program.
  2. In consideration of me being permitted to participate in the program, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, assigns and anyone else who may claim on my behalf, hereby waive any and all claims, liability and damages I may now or in the future have against Wimlit Lifestyle Coaching LLC, and all persons acting under their authority and their respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, arising by any means whatsoever, including, but not limited to death, injury, damage or loss to me or my property of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with my participation in the program, no matter how so caused.
